Good is what you say after eating my Aunt Mary Lee’s pineapple cake. Our Mary Lee cookie combines her pineapple goodness with the yumminess of coconut. It’s so good, it may help you catch a husband! (or so I’ve heard... 😊 ). Our pineapple coconut cookie may not do the same; however, you can at least savor the yumminess of the Aunt Mary Lee.
We believe in real ingredients and this cookie is made with unbleached, never bromated flour, locally sourced natural pineapple preserves, Himalayan pink salt, and no high fructose corn syrup.
This cookie comes in three sizes: minis (jar of mini bites), mediums (3" round and 1" thick) and the biggins (5" round and 3/4" thick).
Contains: Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Coconut. All products made in a facility with nuts.
